Sony Xperia ZR Shoots Full HD Videos Undewater
After a lot of spotlight and speculation finally Sony has launched a new mobile phone in Xperia ZR in Xperia Series.
The special feature of this phone is that it can take underwater photographs with HD recording upto 5 feet deep.It simply states that water Xperia ZR is a waterproof smartphone.
Sony has used Sony Bravia television technology in display for Xperia ZR, it boasts with a 4.55 inch and attractive 1280X780p display. The processor has been bumped up to a 1.5GHz, quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro, and has 2GB of RAM alongside. There’s 8GB of storage, plus a microSD card slot, and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean is its operating system.
Video and still pictures will be obtained using a backlit, 13 mega pixels camera with HDR capabilities However, the front camera is VGA, which is a bit disappointing.
The phone does sound impressive and the underwater feature is sure to win hearts! However, the availability and pricing will also matter. The phone is expected to release this quarter and will be available in two colours: Black and White

The Sony Xperia ZR is a nice water proof model smartphone, I am waiting for this model to launch in India.
