BSNL Launches Loyalty Program

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) Launches Loyalty Scheme for Landline and Broadband customers


Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), India's leading telecommunication services provider has launched Loyalty Scheme for rewarding its Landline/Broadband customers with effect from the month of April’13.

BSNL’s Loyalty Scheme is an innovative reward program and has been launched for the first time by any Telecom Service Provider in India.  BSNL’s Landline and Broadband customers shall start accumulating loyalty points when they uses BSNL Land line and Broadband services above a certain level in a month. These reward points earned can be redeemed in terms as Free Metered Call Units (MCUs) for making free call on BSNL “On Net” calls.

Individual BSNL customers who are availing landline and broadband service are eligible to earn reward points. Individual Customers whose monthly bill amount is  Rs. 400 and above or Bi-Monthly amount is above Rs.800 and above shall be earning loyalty reward point for every Rs.50 for invoice paid within pay-by-date. 

Customer can redeem Loyalty points initially after 6 months from the date of earning loyalty point first time.  Redemption will be in terms of Free Meter call units MCU (i.e. one point is equivalent to one free MCU) which will be adjusted for calls made by customers on BSNL network (On-net calls) only. This Redemption can be done in block of minimum 25 points and maximum 500 points (multiple of 25 points).

The scheme of rewarding a loyal customer for their support to BSNL shall be helpful in retention of customers as confirmed by BSNL
